HelfiHelfi is a marketplace connecting buyers with third-party sellers. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. User Requirements

Age Restriction: Users must be 18 years or older.

Content Restrictions: Reviews or posts must focus on products and sellers. Inappropriate content, including hate speech, harassment, or defamatory statements, is prohibited.

Accounts: Buyers are not required to register; sellers must register and provide accurate information.

  1. Product Listings

Sellers may list only physical products compliant with the General Product Safety Regulations 2005 and HelfiHelfi’s guidelines.

Prohibited items include:

  • Products containing hazardous or harmful chemicals.
  • Counterfeit, stolen, or unlicensed items.
  1. Intellectual Property

Sellers may upload only images, descriptions, or materials they own or have licensed.

Violations will result in content removal and potential account suspension.

  1. Liability Limitations

HelfiHelfi acts as a facilitator and is not liable for:

  • Product defects, misuse, or misrepresentation.
  • Any loss, injury, or damage caused by products.
  • Sellers bear sole responsibility for ensuring their products comply with applicable laws and safety standards, including the General Product Safety Regulations 2005. Buyers assume all risk of product usage.
  1. Dispute Resolution

Buyers and sellers must attempt to resolve disputes within 7 days.

If unresolved, HelfiHelfi may mediate. Decisions are final and binding.

  1. Violations and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
  • Remove prohibited listings.
  • Enforce penalties for repeated violations, including permanent bans.
